The "Community of Values" installation, spread over the walls, floor and airspace of Taidekeskus Ahjo's Sysi-space, was realized by the working couple Kari Virtanen and Juha Hanki. Virtanen lives and works in Joensuu, Hanki in Mänttä-Vilppula.

The High Representative of the European Union Josep Borrell stated on 10 October 2022 that Europe is a garden and the rest of the world is a jungle and that the jungle can take over the garden. Borrell's statement reveals the true attitudes and values ​​of the Western value community.

The poverty and wars caused by the neo-colonialism of the community of values ​​are the reason for refugees, but people of the wrong color and false beliefs are rejected at the borders. Refugee camps and slums around the world do not offend Western values. And we Finns have happily joined this community, now with NATO once and for all. And all of this is also about the "Community of Values" artwork.
