The Kipinä media room is a space available to the artist members of the Joensuu Artists' Association. It is situated in connection with the upstairs office space at the Art Center Ahjo.

The media room enables the production of varied media content with powerful Apple iMac-based hardware equipped with a wide range of software for graphic design and audio & video productions in addition to traditional office and publishing software.

The Kipinä media room is available to the artist members of the Joensuu Artists Association outside the exhibition hours by agreement. (Exhibition times: Tue, Thu-Sun 10-16, Wed 10-19.) On Mondays, the media room can be booked for the whole day when the Art Center Ahjo is closed.
