This year, Parafest has an art exhibition related to the "Tilaa Taiteilijuteen" project.
The project seeks creative and experimental solutions for the disabled and sign language users
for artists' residency work. The residency work of the project in 2022 are
produced by the Culture for All service, Ainee Art Museum and Tornio and Haaparanta
cities.
