Juha Pitkänen's exhibition consists of watercolor paintings that can be defined as representing abstract expressionism. The paintings express the feelings of the soul in mostly non-representative forms. The black and white paintings of the "Light" series also have references to nature and the built environment. Some of the themes are religious, some just a silent sigh towards hope and light.
